The room was dirty and full of cobwebs, the AC wasn't cold, the mattress was broken, the bathroom was slippery, and there was no TV. Very disappointing, just one stay.

I only stayed here once yesterday. The room was very different from the photos. The room smelled musty, the floor felt rough and dusty, and the bathroom floor looked unclean. The bed was itchy, and the blanket smelled faintly of urine. No soap was provided, and towels weren't given unless requested. There was no hot water, and the television didn't work. It's a "Wow" hotel. When you see the lobby, you can still say "Wow," but when you enter the room, you say "Wooo" (disappointed). If you're not in a REALLY NEEDED situation, there are many better options for the same price.

The room was really bad, the spring bed was painful because the mattress springs were already hard, the pillows, the sheets were dirty, there was a lot of hair and they smelled, the bathroom smelled of urine, the TV was broken, the floor was dirty, the aura was scary. I just entered the room and checked out after 10 minutes because I was uncomfortable, my child was crying and asking to leave the room.

The location is great, in the city center, near the Mahakam River. The staff are friendly and helpful. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The hot water in my room happened to be off, and the bathroom door hinges probably needed to be fixed.

The television won't turn on, it's just a display, there are no bathroom supplies, there are lots of spider webs on the cupboard🤦

Sorry in advance, but a bit of an honest review. The room smelled like a shipwreck. The room smelled of vomit when we first entered. There was used soft-touch software and visible blood in the trash can in the room. The AC was hot and had never been serviced. Amenities were minimal (no towels, toiletries, or drinking water). The table was cracked and about to break. The ceiling was covered in dirty black mold. The water heater was broken, so there was no hot water. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The service was unfriendly. When we first arrived and confirmed our room reservation, the receptionist seemed unresponsive. Rating 1/10 Not recommended if you have more money to spend. Thank you.
