The hotel staff service is good, the rooms are clean and the toilets are clean and very comfortable for a staycation, around the hotel there are many food/drink sellers and many ATMs/banking facilities as well as access to anywhere, especially close to the Leuwi Panjang Terminal, it is a good recommendation 👍

Only one thing that is disturbing, the traffic noise around the hotel.

The location of the hotel is on the side of the highway, close to the Moh. Toha toll gate, the staff and security are friendly, the room size is just right.

I chose this hotel because during the high season of Eid holiday, there were not many choices, which I personally regret not choosing another hotel that was relatively more expensive but I could have had a more comfortable stay. In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for families (bringing small children/teenagers). The room smelled of cigarettes even though I had asked for a non-smoking room. Maybe there is a price for taste. Btw, this is my personal opinion.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel area is very good. When I stayed, I saw the cleaning service mopping each floor. There is a hot & cold water dispenser on each floor. The receptionist is friendly and kind. However, there are some shortcomings: 1. There is no water kettle + coffee tea sachets in the room. Only 2 mineral bottles + 2 glasses. 2. The bathroom towels are not clean. I found some hair. 3. The window curtains do not close completely and there are still gaps visible from the outside, when I stayed I fixed it with a hair clip. 4. The TV in the room when I arrived was on and could be used to watch. But when I came back from the road, the TV was dead and the signal was weak. But it continued like that until I checked out. I booked an Executive room, hoping to get more amenities but the facilities are the same as a regular room. A little disappointed, because I booked it during the peak holiday season where the price of a room per day is higher than on normal days. I hope the hotel will immediately evaluate and fix it. Because when I stayed, this hotel was full, meaning there were many interested people. It has great potential to compete if there are improvements in quality and quantity. Thank you Dbest Hotel.
