Kamar luas dan bersih. Saya pesan kamar di type executive room tapi tidak ada slippers, tidak ada teko listrik, complimentary hanya 2 botol kecil air mineral. Yang lebih parahnya TV tidak ada sinyal. Sudah menghubungi front office dan petugas sigap, setelah di cek katanya stb berfungsi di lantai 1 dan 2. Tapi untuk yang di lantai 3 senua kamar tidak bisa siaran TV. Apa iya? Petugas berjanji melakukan pengecekan antena. Tapi sangat disayangkan sampai kami check out di pagi hari tidak ada perubahan tentang kualitas siaran TV nya.

Front office is not too friendly, the bed sheets and pillows are so poor, smell of cigarettes all over the place.

The room is dirty, the bed sheet is disgusting, service is far from decent. And the hot water is not working. Really bad experience.

The room was hot the AC is not operating correctly 17 degree and it felt like 32. The shower is not working only the faucet. Defenitely not DBest Experience.
