I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

The hotel staff is friendly, especially Ms. Mergie, who is very welcoming and helpful. The location is strategic, clean, and fragrant. The standard rooms are not too big. The food is delicious and there are quite a lot of choices. The indoor pool is very clean, although not very large. This hotel is recommended for healing. If you want to shop, just cross the street to PVJ. There are also many snacks around the hotel.

We stayed in room 308, with windows overlooking the residential area. The room is spacious with wooden accents, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. The spacious desk area makes it easy to work. Coffee, tea, and large bottles of water are provided daily. There's a mini fridge, safe, and plenty of storage space, which we really appreciated because it kept our belongings neat and organized. Thank you to the housekeeping team, my room was clean every day. The security team and parking on the B1 floor are also always ready to help.

In front of the hotel, less than 50 steps walk there is PVJ Mall, a favorite mall in Bandung. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is under renovation, but I will still come back because PVJ Mall is there, there are many culinary choices.... Aeon is also there.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. In-room dining: Nasi goreng de Java was delicious! Thank you, chef. Room: The room was very noisy and under renovation. We apologize, but it's best not to sell rooms near the renovation area as they are very disturbing from morning to night. The swimming pool was unusable in the morning due to a meeting nearby. Overall, I wasn't very satisfied with my stay here. Thank you.

The location is convenient, but the surrounding area often experiences heavy traffic. I really enjoyed the room. It has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. However, the bathroom could be improved, as water tends to splash outside the shower area during use, leaving the floor in front of the sink very wet.

The hotel is strategically located..but because it's been around for a while, the facilities have started to deteriorate..I stayed in room 120, the sink and bathroom faucets were hard to open and slide. The breakfast food was delicious and had a lot of variety.

Overall everything is satisfactory, only parking is difficult because it is limited, Suggestion: It would be better if there were no parking in the lobby even though it is VIP because if you want to check in or get out if there are cars wanting to check in or waiting for people it will be stuck, or you can also go around the exit first (even if it is 1 lane)..or change the entry point to an exit point so that you can get out first if there are cars behind
