I don't like it because there has been no confirmation to clean the room from me as a guest. When I was swimming, I went up to the room, it turned out the room was being cleaned! Next time, wait for confirmation from the guest before cleaning. So I'm annoyed.

Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. When I stayed there was an event on the 1st floor and the loud noise disturbed the room on the 2nd floor.

experienced a dead elevator from the basement as soon as the door opened we rushed out. We immediately went up the stairs to the lobby to report the dead elevator. After about 15 or 20 minutes the elevator was ready to be used again. The food was quite good with a minimal price.

The room is small, the bathroom is a bit smelly, the shower is broken, the mattress looks old and not very clean because my body is itchy like being bitten by bed bugs. The only good thing is that the food tastes good and the variety is quite complete.

A comfortable and strategic hotel, near the Dago and Dipatiukur areas, so it's easy to find food. The rooms are comfortable, neat and clean. There is also a basement and outside car parking in front of the hotel, safe and secure with security. For breakfast, it's standard but it tastes quite good. If I go to Bandung, I want to stay here again.

the hotel is really the best, the service is okay, the cleanliness is really good, the staff is friendly and grants the request for BKIN animal towels. thank you. the food is really delicious and varied.... the shower water is strong, the complete amenities are really the best 🥰

The staff is very friendly, overall the service is satisfactory. However, I am quite disturbed by the noise made by other guests in other rooms which sounds like they are shifting beds and running around, the soundproofing of the room could be improved.
