Overall ok, comfortable, clean, close to town

Comfortable, quiet, and quite helpful when bringing toddlers. The hotel crew was quite responsive. The TV in the room wasn't a smart TV, and the channels were limited. This could be an advantage or a disadvantage. (-) Security didn't help with loading the car or even offer an umbrella when checking in in the rain. (-) Outdoor parking area, quite difficult when it rains. (-) The restaurant area for breakfast has been converted into a smoking area, which is not very child-friendly. Overall, it's okay. I recommend it for those considering staying here.

This is my second stay at this guest house. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the environment is clean too. Keep it up! :) Close to traditional culinary delights (tongseng, rawon, nasi bhuk), a pharmacy, a bank, health facilities on Jalan Kawi, and a mosque. I'll be back if I ever visit Malang.

In my opinion, at that price, it's not recommended.

The hotel is nice, but it doesn't have an elevator, but it's okay, it's not far up. It turns out that access to the hotel is limited. When I wanted to go home at 9 pm, it turned out that many of the entrances were closed, only one way was possible, and there was no notification from the hotel, so I was a bit confused when I arrived.

The location is great, since it's near the school, a lot of food stalls and restaurants nearby, as well as near the cathedral and the museum. Sleeping room is good, with big beds. Only the food is unfortunately not that tasty. Also there is no teapot or coffee pot provided in the room. But in general it's a good place to stay.

I really like the room! It's really close to Ijen and there are lots of viral food stalls next door 😍 It's also close to Jalan Kawi, awesome!

The staff is very easy to contact via WhatsApp, and the location is strategically close to restaurants and the city center. It's a shame there's no elevator. Hahahaha

A comfortable hotel with easy access to a variety of food stalls. The room is comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. There's a table and chairs for dining right outside the room. There's also a hot and cold water dispenser. The breakfast is quite simple, but okay. One complaint: sometimes there seems to be a leak in the drain behind the toilet, which keeps the bathroom floor wet. Hopefully, it can be fixed soon so it doesn't drip anymore.

we stayed in a family room. overall good. comfortable place, spacious enough room, clean. clean bathroom. there is also a mini fridge. many cupboards and small drawers. located in the middle of the city, but not noisy. suitable for resting after tired of walking around, especially yesterday I brought a baby for 5 minutes, comfortable sleep. many culinary, next to gHouse there is also delicious tengkleng. used to be a regular when I was still living in Malang. with that price getting a room for 4 people is good. can still gather in 1 room crowded, and get a fairly spacious room. did not get a toothbrush, clean towels, there are clothes hangers, there is a hot water kettle + cups + tea + coffee + sugar. there is a dispenser in front of the room. oh yes, the floor in the room yesterday, there was some that was isolated. it seems because the floor is lifting. can be repaired, I'm afraid if stepped on by small children, it will be loose / cracked / broken and can be dangerous. If the ones staying are adults, they can be alert by themselves.. but, it still doesn't reduce the comfort value. The staff are friendly.. next time I go to Malang, I'll stay here again.... see you
