Overall the experience of staying at this hotel is very good because the hotel is good and the service is also very good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, the vehicle parking is also comfortable, when going to Friday prayers it is also available and facilitated at the hotel, the food menu is very complete and tastes good, the children's play area is also quite spacious and fun, my wife and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our note that needs to be improved is when checking in the receptionist said that we could view the Dufan room according to our request but when we entered the room the Dufan was not visible, only large tree branches were visible, maybe in the future if it is like that it can be conveyed according to the existing conditions so as not to create excessive expectations for us who are staying. Continued success for Discovery Ancol Thank you.

Upgraded to deluxe type because in superior type there is no view while my special request is one with view, thank you receptionist: Ms. Meraja, all hotel staff are friendly, breakfast has many variations but the taste is so-so, if you go out of the hotel to look for food around Ancol you have to use a vehicle because the distance is quite far from the hotel, this hotel is in the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area, but the entrance ticket must be paid again because I ordered through the application, the officer at the Ancol entrance gate said that if you order through the website, the Ancol entrance ticket is free

The first day I got a superior king, it was quite comfortable, but the room smelled strange, even after being sprayed with perfume, it was the same a few hours later, the AC was cold, the hot water was unstable, hot and cold, making it uncomfortable if you want to take a hot shower, the location is close to Dufan, you can just walk rather than taking a car, then parking and exiting the location, queuing and it's complicated. Overall it's good, it just needs to be fixed, what's the strange smell because the other rooms also smelled the same and the water could be hot and cold all the time.

When I got the superior king 1 bed room, it was nice, the room was comfortable but it smelled a bit strange, but after spraying the perfume a few hours later it still smelled like that. A note for the hotel is that the water is a bit crazy, it's really hot, cold, hot, cold, unstable, making it uncomfortable when I want to take a hot shower, it suddenly gets cold and hot again, and so on.

Discovery Ancol Hotel is highly recommended for a vacation with children and family. The rooms are clean, spacious, stable and fast wifi, there are flip-flops, laundry containers, mini fridges, water heaters. For the bathroom there is hot water and a strong spray, toiletries are also complete and there is a hair dryer too. The swimming pool facilities are very child-friendly with water slides for children and adults and warm water in the children's pool makes children happy to play in the water. The playground facilities are also spacious and super complete plus an outdoor playground that is no less interesting for children. The variety of food in the restaurant is also quite a lot even though the price is quite high, but if you want to find food around Ancol there are also many choices so don't worry. Input: can be used as a consideration in the future so that if you buy through the Traveloka application, you can get a barcode to enter and exit Ancol as well as buying through the official Doscovery website. Next, my family and I will stay here again. Thank you
