I don't know why the service from the guy who was on duty at night was not friendly at all, then in the morning there was a lady going around checking out the rooms but it was really unpleasant to bang on the door (even though I often stay here) and on the 19th to the 20th, the CS who was on duty at night, wow, her glances were like asking for a fight. I was scared. Please improve this in the future.

My favorite hotel when I want to staycation in the city. Everything is clean from the lobby to the room. The staff are friendly and honest. Yesterday I left my cellphone in the room after checking out, my motorbike was chased to the exit just to return my cellphone. The parking lot is spacious and safe because the security guards are always on standby at the entrance and exit. Worth every penny!

I booked an executive room. The room is ok, the AC is cold. But the amenities are lacking, there is no shower cup and hair dryer. The bathroom drain smells bad in the morning, in the parking lot in front of the lobby there is also an unpleasant smell when checking out. The mini bar is standard, there should be additional soft drinks for the highest room type. Hopefully the facilities and cleanliness will be improved.
