The hotel room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the receptionist is friendly to the guests (Bima), breakfast can be delivered directly to the room, basically if you are on holiday to Lagos, you must stay at this hotel, it is also pocket-friendly.

Front office staff named Samuel, very cool, very professional and very effective in handling guests, in addition Samuel was also assisted by Joshua and Bima who were very helpful in the check-in process and explaining about the Bintan area. The lobby area is very cozy and neat and tidy.
