The room is nice and clean, the food is also delicious, I have told the hotel that the TV is broken and the signal often goes out.

I ordered a room with a river view, masyaAllah it was really nice, the air was also soooooo cool, even without AC it was no problem. the bathroom was also clean, there was no smell, the room was clean, the bed sheets, pillows, blankets were clean. so it's the best place for a staycation

I got a room facing the beautiful garden and river. It's great for taking pictures. The only downside is that the adult pool isn't long enough.

Enjoy staying here, very family friendly because there is an indoor playground area, outdoor playground, sandpit, pool, and even an outdoor gym. Just a suggestion, because I stayed in a Standard Wooden House, it's okay to add lighting in the room, because the room is very dim hahaha the rest is okay, if there are a lot of insects, it's still safe as long as you don't open the door for too long, I'm afraid mosquitoes or small animals will come in, because this is still lower Ciwidey, it's not that cold yet so sometimes there are still a lot of mosquitoes

Nice room, the landscape has many stairs because of the slope of the edge. Many rides to play.

My wife and children stayed here for a day and really enjoyed the experience of staying here. We stayed on weekdays so the atmosphere was also quieter and not too crowded, but there was a group staying at the same place and they were noisy until around 9 pm. Luckily we were allowed to move to a room further away so we weren't disturbed by the noise from the group. - the room was quite clean, only the sheets and pillows smelled of sweat - just so you know, children 8 years and older are required to pay half price for food, which is 45,000, but at the same time I criticized the quality and variety of food that was lacking - what I didn't like about the experience of staying here was the variety and quality of the food prepared, the taste was really standard. almost everything I tried tasted a failure, fried food was too salty, the main course menu tasted flat, I only ordered cereal and there was no milk so I brought milk from my own room. there was no cut fruit, the salad prepared also tasted strange and half-hearted. the only thing I would eat is the omelet and porridge. - we really enjoyed the games around the hotel my children were happy to be able to play the mini flying fox, swimming pool and sand - there are so many photo spots that are a shame to miss - the service from the staff is very friendly they also offered to carry our things, but I didn't need their help so I carried them myself because we didn't bring much stuff - security at the gate ensures that vehicles entering and leaving are safe because the route is passed by vehicles that drive fast this is a plus point for us it's a shame if everything is good we only had an unpleasant experience at breakfast, hopefully my assessment can raise the spirit of the hotel team to improve the quality and variety of food thank you.

take the wooden house, thank God I got a room with a view of the river.. the hotel is very kid-friendly, the kids can't stand being in the room and want to keep playing.. the atmosphere is comfortable but because it's the rainy season, the river flow is really fast, it's more fun when it's the dry season so you can play in the water in the river when the water flow is small.. I think I'll be back to this hotel again soon 😁
