Our second stay at this unit, and both were incredibly satisfying! From the first experience when Wi-Fi was not available until now when Wi-Fi is installed, this is definitely one of the upgrades that we really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean and fragrant. Not to forget, the beddings provided are also in the best condition—clean, neat, and fragrant, making your rest even more comfortable. Thank you for the consistent and increasingly good service. I've also booked at Tera, it's SO GOOD. Now I'm trying the one at Aeston, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, because it's managed by 7RM, so it's really satisfying. Not just a buzzer, it's a real personal experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED😚😍

The staff was very friendly, and we got a card/key to access the room/elevator. The only problem was that the toilet seat was broken when the waste disposal button was pressed because there was no water. Otherwise, it was good...👍👍👍

The room smells clean, and is fully equipped with a stove, but no gas stove or cooking utensils. The downside is there's no Wi-Fi, and the bathroom floor is slippery and needs to be scrubbed.

The room was quite comfortable and clean, with the AC and water heater working well. The service was good. The TV wouldn't connect to any channels, but it was fixed immediately. Strategic location, in the city center, with a pretty good view. There's a clean swimming pool, and a gym is also available if you want to use it. Our family stayed for two nights, renting three units, but unfortunately, we got rooms on different floors. The customer service representative said you can request adjacent rooms if you book via WhatsApp. If we go to Jatinangor again, we'll definitely choose Easton by 7RM.

Quite comfortable, quite clean, quite spacious, nice view, incomplete facilities in the 7th floor room, 1 towel, no gas for the stove, no glass, little gallon of water (left over), friendly enough service, no sheets on the bottom mattress, only one amenity/toiletries, no hangers & mirror in the bathroom. Hopefully the facilities will be improved.

The service is quite friendly, paid parking is a bit expensive, the facilities are quite complete but there is no wifi, the TV cannot access apps like YouTube etc., the gallon jug is empty, one towel is provided, the upstairs rooms are quite comfortable and the view is good, not very soundproof so the sound of vehicles can be heard, there are 2 beds but the one below does not have sheets, hopefully the facilities will be improved further
