The staff was incredibly helpful and kindful to help us during stay. But the hotel 's condition is so big no no. Tissue in the toilet, seem so old, so many blackspot. Floor so messy. Bed curtain had many yellow spots (iyuh). We had breakfast at 6.20 in restaurant, but egg station not ready yet. Restaurant 's staff went outside to buy some eggs from outside to make scrambled egg.

The amenities are not complete, only toothbrush provided. Liquid soap is running out in the next day morning time. We need to call housekeeping to request for shower cap and hair dryer. The room door need to be fixed when we check in because kt stucked. We already checked in at late time 8 PM sl they should prepare the room better. We also got room with no window for sightseeing. The front road of the hotel also unclean, broken road, and crowded with motorcycle so it ' s hard to walk to the entrance lobby.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was not very nice. It wasn't as it was portrayed in their photos. I feel it wasn't worth the money.

Its a very small hotel in a very small alley. Not much to expect, but very closed to mall kelapa gading. That ' s it. Nothing much to say.
