Nice and clean rooms. But lack of employee so sometime requesting are a bit slow. Restaurant are not 24 hours but location of hotel is very convenient to the mall just opposite the hotel.

Quite affordable to stay around Pluit easy access to the surrounding area. The staff is very helpful. Maybe you can add a drinking water dispenser at least 2 so that it is not too far to take the corridor when you find a room at the end. Note for room 210 the bathroom elevation needs to be reviewed. Thank you

The hotel is located inside a mall where many shops are no longer operating, escalators are not working. When we stayed the fire alarm went off and the hotel staff did not provide any information, we had to find out for ourselves. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom
