Fairly new, very clean and comfortable hotel located in PIK. Lots of food options nearby the hotel. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating to special requests - a special mention to Abdan and Selvi at reception, the restaurant staff and the laundry staff. Having free laundry in a hotel while visiting a tropical city for a week is an added bonus. Thank you Elong Hotel for a wonderful stay.

The second time I booked this hotel for my family vacation in Jakarta, I chose this hotel because when I first stayed here I felt very comfortable and satisfied. When I stayed yesterday, my family had a chance to tell me that the hot water machine in the bathroom was leaking and broken, the hotel quickly called a technician to repair it and the room was immediately moved to another, more spacious room, which I originally booked 1 queen bed & 1 single bed was upgraded to 2 queen beds. My parents & siblings who stayed really appreciated the entire hotel for this incident, and if they come to Jakarta again, they will return to this hotel to spend time in Jakarta. Keep up the best service Golden Sky Hotel. Thank you very much 🙏
