Great hotel with comfortable room, pool is a tad small, breakfast is good but super crowded & hectic, it took quite a while just to ask for a hot tea.

Clean place, very neat and the hot water runs well too, but on the second time I was moving to the new room there was some issues about the toilet and piping, no big deal but overall was a very nice experience.

Wonderful stay at Oakwood PIK. The apartment is centrally located in PIK, easy access to Toll, market, and restaurants. The apartment is well maintained, clean and the reception staffs were polite and helpful. Recommend to maintain the unit, the item such as shower door seal breaking up, and maybe the bath and hand towels are due to be replaced.

Scam! Never stay here, especially if you got the 31F unit Honolulu Tower, just cancel if you got the unit. They might charge for little spot on the bed and towel that you even did not check earlier. They have very strict check in-check out time, and will charge even you are only 5 minutes late. They charge me 75k for a small defect on their acrylic which only cost around 10k if you check online. The staff is not nice at all. It took 2 working days to get your deposit back. The room was not clean at all, when I came there is a debris of dust and food on the floor and on the couch, and we have to clean for it. The bathroom is smelly and slippery. Never booked here folks.

Did not return my deposit money, when ask they say will return the deposit within 2 to 7 days. More than 7 days already, still haven return my deposit money. Will not recommend to others or friend.
