It's an amazing experience to be able to stay here with comfortable rooms, good views, super complete facilities, there are TV, wifi, stove, oven, and washing machine in the room. The public facilities are also complete, including a gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Indomaret, etc.

The service was really bad! First, they did not update their availability on Traveloka so I needed to reschedule my trip from 31st Dec to 1st Jan. Bed is uncomfortable. They treated me like sh*t and haunt me for the deposit 200,000idr per unit. Do not stay here. I repeat, do not stay here! It was my worst experience, The owner is not friendly and arrogant. How come the app can accept this owner. Such a bad experience. Very disappointing.

Will come back here anyway. Had so much fun here. Pluses compared to hotels: you can cook in the room, at this price you can get a room with a balcony and the view is really cool, the swimming pool is much bigger than most hotels. The minuses: there is an additional parking fee (max 50 thousand a day), the towels are worn out, the sheets are also not very clean. That's all, the rest is me, yeah.

Very satisfied staying here. The service is good, the owner is also friendly, the facilities are also complete. The swimming pool is spacious, many choices of pool sizes. The process is also tight. Will definitely come back to stay here again. Recommended

Overall very satisfied even though the check-in time had to wait more than 30 minutes in the lobby without any chairs. The rooms are clean and fragrant, everything is available: washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, not enough dispensers but there is a kettle for those who need hot water. There is a family mart behind the lobby. Access to the swimming pool and garden is limited to the type of studio/1 bed room, which can only be used for a maximum of 2 people. The location of the apartment is very strategic, everywhere is close but if you want to go to Pantjoran, don't get stuck in traffic in the late afternoon. Oh yes, the view from the room from the 8th floor is epic, the connecting bridge to the reclamation island.

The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Complete cutlery and cooking utensils. The view from the balcony directly towards the sea. Incidentally ordered three studio rooms and each had a different interior. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, clean and very spacious. Around it there is a jogging track and children's play area. Maybe the check-in process could be accelerated again because we had to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes until the person who took us to our room came. Then you have to prepare a deposit of 200 thousand each for one studio room. The most unfortunate thing is the parking fee that must be calculated per hour, which is for a maximum of 40 thousand per day.
