Our Housekeeping team has received this information and will immediately conduct an inspection and replace it if necessary. For your information, we do not provide bottled water in plastic in the rooms as a form of our commitment to reducing single-use plastic waste. However, we provide a kettle and water jug so guests can get unlimited drinking water from the dispensers available in the corridors on each floor.
