The king-size bed is comfortable and the hotel is green because it provides a pitcher for you to fill your own drinks, and the hot water in the bathroom works well. It's worth the price. There's a swimming pool and a gym, although mosquitoes came at night because the AC suddenly stopped cooling.

It's a shame that this hotel, despite its strategic location, suffers from a lack of maintenance. Upon entering, an unpleasant, musty odor filled the room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, only blowing out cold air. The air conditioning in the upstairs room, located in front of the lobby door, looked extremely dirty, with the dust already turning black, as if it hadn't been serviced or cleaned. As we walked to the elevator, we had to hold our breath because of the unpleasant, musty odor. As we got to our room, we noticed the floor hadn't been cleaned. Upon arriving, the door wouldn't close, so we had to call the engineering department to fix it, which turned out to be a simple matter of kicking and hitting it with makeshift tools. The air conditioning only blew out cool air, leaving the room stuffy and hot. The bathroom was less than clean. The area under the desk hadn't been cleaned, and there were traces of powder and debris from previous guests.

There is no tissue provided in the room, only tissue is provided in the toilet, the toilet door and the entrance door to the room are broken, for breakfast, it is not varied and lacks taste, especially for fried noodles, because when you take the noodles, they are hard and for fried bananas, there is hair, please fix the food and room again.

It's good, but the receptionist wasn't very good because when I first booked the room, the room smelled of cigarettes. When I asked to move, I was told to send a 100% refund, but it was not the hotel owner's account. I know it was her own account, so I'm disappointed. She's being sneaky. Please improve her honesty.

I was quite disturbed because my room was opened by a random person. When I asked how it was opened, they said it was the wrong room. So the access card the hotel gave me was wrong? I felt unsafe leaving my belongings in the room for a long time.
