I had great several times stay here, nice, clean room, enjoy watching TV with international channel and newspaper/ novels in here, and don't worry about being thirsty because they provide a dispenser. Also delicious breakfast with various menus. Nearby to attraction location, such as Masjid Agung An-Nur, Pekanbaru Mall, Senapelan Plaza, Sukaramai Trade Center. Highly recommended to everyone!

The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru
This hotel located in the heart of Pekanbaru. I stayed for work and staycation at the same time. The view from gym was fantastic. I can see my kids clearly from the gym while I'm on the treadmill. Bravo for outdoor view 👌.

The front staffs (security, bellboy and reception) need to understand more skills on hotel hospitality. They need to be more helpful, cheerful, and care to the hotel 's guests. For example, the guests do not need to ask help from the bellboy to bring the guest 's luggages from the drop off car zone to the lobby/front desk. They need to have such initiative or more proactive to help the hotel 's guests. I asked for two keys for room access which I understood it is normal for 4/5 stars hotel to provide (but the reception of this hotel rejected my request to have two acces room key without explaining the rules; The reception staff just gave me only one access key and one non-access key for electricity switch).
