Hotels in Pekanbaru City Center

I would've given the maximum review if I don't have to spend extra money to buy coffee while waiting for early check-in while I have an appointment in the afternoon for training and I want to freshen up before the time but overall the stay there is very nice. Front desk is friendly, waiter/waitresses are also friendly, breakfast is also okay. Overall, the stay there is quite good.

1. The hotel staff was not friendly. 2. I stayed for 2 nights. When checked in the reception give me the key only until their check out time the next day, and did not tell me it was the hotel policy to do so. I had to spend more than 10 minutes going up and down from the third floor to the lobby to recharge the key for the next day (with the problems in elevator 's floor and direction buttons). When I asked the reception why they did not key in until my check out date in the first time, the reception tried to lie and said "now I have keyed until your check out time". Very rude, as it sounds like a ridiculing statement. 3. The bathroom was not very clean, the shower did not work properly, the toilet (water closet) space was very cramped even for Indonesians who are generally smaller than average. No Europeans will fit into that space.

Nice hotel building, quite big, strategic location, nice and clean room, in general I'm satisfy and no complaint. The staffs were so kind and helpful.

Abit noisy from the street. The sound proof should be improved.

Parking area not too big and might you be serial parking. Lobby is enough, not too small and there 's a bar besides. Room area is standard, the highlight is for air conditioner that coldless if you are someone requiring little bit colder in your room. Food, there are some options type of food for breakfast.

What a good short time for holiday this month. We're enjoying this qtime here. Thank you for the good breakfast too, nd please give us “smile” more often 👌🏻.
