A very neglected, dirty hotel, and an unfriendly receptionist, I feel sorry for the owner of this hotel already paying employees who are supposed to work properly, it turns out that everything is not being taken care of. It's enough to stay here once, for the price of 340 thousand a night, it's really not worth it!. You can see for yourself in the photo how the state of this hotel is, I ordered an executive room but from the lift it was very neglected, when I arrived in the hotel hallway it was more terrible, the atmosphere was stuffy, dirty, and many rooms were damaged, unused, arrived in the room the hotel was immediately confronted with a trash box which was still very dirty, the sheets and blankets were yellowed and had lots of stains, the broken air conditioner was not cold at all!, there were no toiletries, plus in this hotel only the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant employees were friendly, the rest is totally ruined. I comment like this so that the hotel and employees improve their management and improve the cleanliness of the hotel even more!

The waiter was very unfriendly, the room was dirty and smelly, the heater didn't work, the room key was broken and couldn't be locked from the inside. Not highly recommended.

Pesan yang deluxe kamarnya lumayan besar, harganya lumayan affordable, sedikit kotor & berdebu keluar dari exhaust kamar mandinya. Dari semuanya paling suka sama bed nya yang bersih & empuk, kadang yang sekelas bintang 3 aja spreinya bikin gatal kaya ga diganti tp ini ngga sama sekali. Recommend lah hotel ini.

Pilih kamar executive, sprei kotor, cangkir kotor, air panas ga fungsi, smart tv tp netflix ga aktif. Cangkir kotor, jadi khawatir untuk makanan biarpun ada yang bilang enak. Namun pelayanan ramah, tidak seperti testimoni beberapa tamu yang bilang tidak sopan dan lain-lain.

Kebersihan ruangan/kamar kurang, terutama bed covernya terliat banyak noda bercak-bercak kuning dimana-mana, kebersihan lift juga kurang terjaga, petugas resepsionis ada yang ramah ada yang kurang ramah.

Dapat kamar 608. Gagang pintunya rusak, selalu harus panggil staf untuk bukain kamar. Wifi gak bisa dipake. Kamar spooky abis, lampu cuma 1 di atas meja udah gitu remang-remang. Asli bikin mata sakit.

Satu foto dari sekian titik yang sepertinya kamar yang di berikan adalah kamar kotor dan tidak terawat. Servicenya bad, resepsionis tidak ramah dan tidak informatif, pintu kamar aja susah di buka. Padahal pesan executive room tapi jorok dan tidak terawat banget kamarnya, kalah sama hotel budget😂
