The room was really dirty, the walls were full of stains, the water heater was dirty, the glasses were dirty, it seemed like there had never been any maintenance because the lift was also dirty, the AC in the room was hot, the water heater wasn't working.

This is great. Highly recommended. It's great for bringing a family because the room is large and soundproof. Nothing you do is heard and it's comfortable. The AC is also cold. There's hot water. Maybe the TV needs to be upgraded, it's outdated.

It's quite okay to rest before continuing the journey. I stayed here twice in different rooms, the AC is not cold, hopefully it will be fixed in the future. The staff is friendly and helpful, easy access, close to Transum and Terminal, there are many restaurants around.

The staff is friendly, but the room is quite stuffy, the toilet is dirty and crusty and when taking a shower the water drain is clogged so it takes a few minutes for the water to be absorbed, the chair is dull, there are no sandals, the towels smell fishy especially if the towel is wet it gets even fishy, the bed iron is visible / comes out so getting up from the bed 4 times makes scratches on the body. Honestly it's uncomfortable because I get hurt because of the iron or the bed ring. Suggestions please pay attention to customer comfort, start improving the condition of the hotel room and pay attention to items if there are any damaged ones can be replaced immediately Even though the location of this hotel is strategic. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
