A clean, comfortable hotel, even though it's a budget hotel, it's well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Service is fast. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean. Toiletries are also available. Easy access from the roadside. Parking is free. Food is easily found in the surrounding area. It's a new hotel, so everything is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The in-room amenities are also good, complete for a hotel of this price. The hotel is comfortable for a budget hotel. The amenities are complete, especially the toothbrushes, which are very comfortable for a hotel. The hotel smells great, and it's neither too crowded nor too quiet, making it perfect for business trips.

So far, this is an affordable hotel that I highly recommend to people. It's incredibly clean, and the room amenities are very complete, including towels, amenities, and refillable drinks. The service is very friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't book the one that included breakfast. My best experience so far staying in Cikarang.

For a fast check-in process, the problem is with the room's WiFi and AC, sometimes when it's on, it turns off again, so you have to keep turning the AC on and off. The AC setting has been set to off, but it's still problematic.

I just want to share my experience staying at this hotel: 1. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, but I wasn't able to check in until 3:00 PM and checked into my room at almost 3:00 PM. There was no apology from the hotel for this. 2. The room I booked was the highest requested and non-smoking, but I got a smoking room, and the room smelled unpleasant because it was a smoking room. The floor plan I got didn't match the one I requested. 3. There was no soap in the bathroom (out of stock), no shampoo either (out of stock). There was also hand soap provided, but it was very little, and it was almost gone after three uses. 4. The breakfast was delicious, but the only thing I couldn't enjoy was the fruit juice, which was too sour in my opinion. 5. The parking area is inadequate, meaning it's integrated with the surrounding shophouses for motorcycles and cars. If it rains, you get wet and hot. It seems like a parking facility needs to be built, even though the current parking lot is free.
