This is the second time my family and I have come here because the house is very comfortable. There is a gazebo to sit back and relax, complete kitchen equipment, refrigerator, soap for washing dishes and bathing. Even sugar, coffee, tea and instant noodles are provided. Wifi, 2 AC units, water heater, gallons of water are available. There are 3 mattresses, one of which is in front of the TV, making children happy sleeping there. There are lots of blankets. The villa is in a housing estate, even in front of the house there is a security post, making us feel safe. The owner of the villa also responded quickly when we contacted him. Thank You.

Positif:- Lokasi sangat mudah ditemukan, ada di komplek perumahan.- Ada kasur di depan tv.- Alat masak.- Disediakan mie instant.- Pemilik ramah. Perlu perbaikan.- Kamar mandi sebaiknya ditambah 1 lagi karena km eksisting ada di dalam kamar.- Dipastikan kembali AC berfungsi dengan baik, karena meskipun cuaca kota batu tergolong dingin tapi itu di luar rumah, saat di dalam rumah pintu ditutup semua ternyata cukup panas.- Sediakan sabun cair, karena saat mandi ternyata tidak ada sabun beruntungnya dekat lokasi ada kios jual sabun.- Lengkapi petunjuk-petunjuk terkait rumah karena beda dengan hotel yang ruangannya kecil, rumah ini perlu petunjuk-petunjuk agar mempermudah tamu yang menginap.

Very homey, comfortable because it's close to everywhere. Jatim park is close. Lippo mall even walk a bit. You don't have to be afraid of starving because there's a lot of food that you can order on foot or via online. Even if you bring your family, you can shop at a nearby shop. The kitchen combat equipment is okay, complete, you want to cook okay. There is gallon water as well as karaoke, you can also sit with lots of carpet mats, it's just delicious & most importantly, the father who has a poll-friendly house.

The owner is friendly. Room 2, bed 3. Lots of pillows and blankets. Complete kitchen equipment. There is coffee, sugar, tea, aqua gallons, wifi, hot water, iron, fan, mat, AC 2, plates, spoons, glasses, stove. There is a gazebo, you can relax and have coffee. Unfortunately when I was there, the electricity token ran out at 00.30. So until the morning it was pitch black. Luckily it's in Batu, so even if the power goes out, it's still chilly. But overall it's okay.

The accommodation is according to the photos, clean, hot water is smooth, the price is worth it, it can be occupied by 8-9 people, the drawback is that the bathroom is 1 and so 1 with the main room, hopefully the owner can move the bathroom to an empty area in the clothes drying area, for example . Have a nice trip and have a nice dream e.

The owner is nice. I came at 13.00, but the key was given and we were allowed to enter. I was told that if there was a problem, I asked for information, the father was quick to respond. The hot water functions non-stop, there are lots of beds. 2 king sizes, and there is an extra bed. There are 2 rooms, the main bedroom has AC & TV. In the living room there is also a large TV, AC too. Complete cooking utensils, even soy sauce is available in the fridge, coffee + sugar. If you go to Batu again, you have to stay here again. Oh, there's a small garden + a gazebo too, you know, just sipp.

+ good owner + location 👍🏻 + smooth wifi, smooth hot water - back room 👎🏻 (hard mattress feels cold / spring, room lights are off, smells stuffy) - flat pillow-pes-pes-peesss - kitchen equipment needs updating, rice the cooker too - lots of ants everywhere (especially in the bathroom. Just left it for a while, arrived at the villa - the bathroom was full of ants, starting from the door, wall, sink, even in the toilet ... This is what makes us disgusted and goosebumps 🤢 until we were all afraid to use the toilet, because we had goosebumps seeing the ants)

The house is quite okay with that price. Lots of beds, the sofa is suitable for lying people, there is a garden and gazebo. Overall okay, it's just that there is only one bathroom and inside the main room. So if you want to go to the bathroom a bit complicated. But thank you so much, we love it!
