The room is clean, tidy, complete kitchen equipment, there is a balcony to relax while enjoying the view of Bandung city, there are many places to eat around the apartment, it is safe there is 24-hour security. Communication with the admin by WA but no need to worry because it is fast response, good response... An exciting experience because this is my first time staying in an apartment, the vibes are like at home.. If I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay here again🙏

My 2 friends and I stayed for 2 days and nights on June 30 - July 1 in room no. 933. The room was clean, fragrant, and tidy. The facilities are complete, there is AC, 1 queen bed with 2 levels + 1 mattress (extra pillows, bolsters, blankets), refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, TV + Netflix, electric stove, cooking pot, cutlery (unfortunately cutlery such as spoons and forks are only provided in 2 pairs), 2 cups and glasses, even though they are small, I thought they were provided with large glasses, the toilet is clean and fragrant, soap and shampoo are also provided, there is a water heater that works well, the view is good, the view of the mountains, and the city at night there is city light. The room is okay with an affordable price. My friends also felt at home all day in the room, outside the apartment there are many food stalls so don't be afraid of being hungry, especially in the middle of the night there are still many open, the apartment environment is clean, the staff and security are very friendly, basically I don't regret staying here, next time I go to Bandung again I want to stay here again ❤️

Strategic location even though the area is congested, in front of the apartment there are many places to eat from cheap to expensive. The cleanliness of the room and apartment is top notch. The facilities in the room are provided super complete from iron, hair dryer, fast wifi, soap, shampoo, stove, glasses, plates, everything is complete. One large bed, one small bed and there are still 2 mattresses, and spare sheets and blankets are provided for the mattresses, the balcony is also spacious and clean.

Check in is easy. Food ordered online can easily be picked up in the lobby. If you bring super big car, it will be hard for you to go in and out parkir basement as the turn is quite sharp. The owner is so kind, I by mistake took one of his forks. He said, consider it as a souvenir:) Thanks so much for being kind!

For apartments in this price range, I think this is the best. All facilities apart from refrigerator, electric stove, etc. Works fine. The features in the description correspond to the actual. The view also faces the mountain.

What we ended up staying at was Parahyangan Residences Apartment. So the story goes like this, we were given detailed information about the apartment by WA in the morning. It turned out that we got 2 apartment rooms on 2 different floors, 9 and 19 (if I'm not mistaken). Because we were a group, we requested that they be on the same floor. The staff was very helpful by offering us another unit on the same floor but in a different apartment. We agreed with a few conditions. We are very grateful to the staff and owner who were kind enough to provide a better option. Our new apartment unit is bigger than the previous one. The room is quite clean, the water heater works well. In the lobby there is Indomart, Alfamart and a swimming pool. Okay, according to budget!

Gue nginep disini 3 hari 2 malem sama suami dan 2 anak, umur 3 tahun dan 1 tahun. Pewe parah. Anak2 nyaman parah. Menurut gue ini ga sesuai harga, karna ini murah bgt tp yg gue dapetin sebagus ini. I really enjoyed staying here for a few days in Bandung. The rooms are very clean and there are even extra mattresses for extra people. The cutlery is also quite complete. Good TV and refrigerator and most importantly the bathroom is clean. Definitely I will come again another time when I go to Bandung.
