I was initially assigned room 3. The sheets and bedcover were dirty and stained, with hair everywhere. The AC wasn't cooling, the floor was dirty and sticky, the doormat was wet, and the TV was broken. It looked like a used room that hadn't been cleaned at all. The walls were cracked, dirty, and damp. I was moved to room 1, where the AC was cold, and the TV was on. But the doormat and towels were wet, and the sheets and blanket were dirty and sandy. I asked for new ones (they still had a few stains). The bathroom was very dirty and smelled fishy and damp. There was still someone else's food waste in the cupboard. The door lock was a bit broken and difficult to open. So, the hotel rooms (there were six) were in an old building behind the restaurant, on the second floor with an open staircase, which was dangerous for the elderly and children when it rained. There were mosquitoes in the air, and the ground floor seemed to be a mess hall/congregation area for the restaurant-hotel staff, making it noisy because the windows weren't sealed until midnight. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the guy on duty that day was friendly and helpful. The front of the hotel is strategically located in the center of Braga, while the back of the hotel leads to a street food alley. Breakfast was only served with fried rice, and the taste was standard. All the staff were very young (like vocational school students) but friendly, although they seemed confused if I complained, and there was no manager. It's a shame the hotel is not well maintained.

I was a bit disappointed with the service, I didn't get any drinking water at all, they said the water was out and then I wanted to buy it, even when I checked out I wasn't given any drinking water, then I asked for a bathroom mat but I wasn't given any until I checked out. This is just a basic accommodation, the important thing is accommodation, haha, it's not surprising, maybe because there are only a few rooms, so it's just basic.

The location is good if you want to explore the Braga area. It's very strategic, but parking is a bit tricky, but the staff is friendly. The room is nice and clean. However, the walls need some work as they're quite damp in some areas. Breakfast is very adequate.

i checked in around 3.30 pm and no staff around. The security helped to call the staff and gave us the key also help to bring our bags. the room floor was dirty, glass provided also dirty. the only thing I like staying here was the surroundings. easy to find food and go out already in braga street. for breakfast the option is toast bread or fried rice. i chose fried rice and the taste was just ok. 1 more thing, they said it is king bed but turns out its a queen size bed for the superior room

Checked in and paid, then went up to the room and found that the room was not clean. The bed sheet was not changed, it was wrinkled, there were stains on the sheet, used tissues were placed on the bed, the towels should be changed, they were old and dirty, the bathroom looked like they hadn't been scrubbed at all, the staff were not professional in providing service, I highly do not recommend staying here, I have never encountered such a bad hotel, I came down to cancel the room and refund the money, but the staff said that they could not do it at that time, they would transfer it to the account in another 5 days, until now I still have not received the money from the hotel as promised by the staff.

Not recommended! The management has changed, very different from the previous one. The ceiling leaks in the hallway, it seems like it hasn't been fixed for a long time. The drinking water in the hallway is also empty, even though the rooms don't provide drinking water. The only plus point is the strategic location.

Having a decline compared to 2022, even though the price has increased by about 3 times. Quite disappointed with the management, they used to be friendly and fast, the rooms were also clean, now it looks like many spots seem to be neglected for cleanliness and not well maintained.

Front offc. She also serves as a restaurant waitress so she doesn't even answer her phone several times. If you need anything, it's difficult. The location is really good.
