Old but nice hotel. The pool was a bit dirty. But that wasn't a big deal. The room was spacious, cozy, even though a bit moldy in the corner. But I got a room with super nice view. Bathroom was super okay! And the staffs were super friendly. Well we got a nice and comfy staycation.

Staycation with my family, I booked 3 rooms, hotel location strategic and easy to reach, breakfast variatif and delicious, swimming pool and waterboom great but for cleanliness of room and toilet need more imporevement. Thanks Grand Asrilia Hotel. We'll be back someday. Thanks

I got only a smoker room with non working fridge (as I claimed nothing working), spoiled furniture, from cigarettes burned sofa and blankets.

My grandmother passed away last Thursday, the start of a long weekend, so when we had to book for a room to manage her funeral, all hotels throughout Bandung had been booked. We were grateful enough to book a room here. That gratefulness was short-lived when we saw the state of the room we stayed in (Room 717). The wi-fi was bad, the refrigerator didn't work, the hot water was not even warm. The bathroom was the worst of it all. The exhaust system was down, there was a type of flowing mold inside the bathroom bowl, & as can be seen in the picture attached, there were molds on the edges of the bathroom floor. The worst part: when I took the first shower of the whole stay, the floor was slimy & the water flooded because the drain had been clogged. The floor was dirty all over the hotel, from the bathroom to the carpets to the dining room. The housekeeping team was unprofessional as well. I took a nap facing away from the door because I was tired of the funeral management. The team showed their insistence on cleaning by barging into my room after several unresponsed knocks & slinked off awkwardly when they found me awoken up. When I called housekeeping for a cleaning, they responded with a reluctant tone. And they left three crumples of used tissue around my bedroom. They also left our cancelled extra bed on the hallway as pictured, unbothered to even properly store them back. Seriously, at times like that, the last thing we needed to do was a clean & comfortable place to stay, to process our grief. This hotel fell short of those basic things. We got here not on our own accords & if we are given the chance to return, we won't take it. The management of this hotel needs to do so much work to improve.

It was very pleasant to stay here, the children were satisfied with the swimming pool area which was very large and there was a waterboom, so they didn't want to go home. First comes check-in is easy and fast and for sure there is a welcome drink which is very delicious (cold honeydrew), the room is quite large with a mini fridge and complete equipment, and the wifi is pretty good in the room. The breakfast is very complete with a variety of menus, the taste can also be thumbs up, there is a menu of rice, toast & small bread, honeydrew fruit juice & watermelon juice & infused water, fruit salad, chicken porridge, chicken meat soup, waffles , noddles that taste like Bakmi GM, omelettes (which taste quite satisfying and I always aim for when I stay at every hotel), just really full when I have breakfast here. With a room price that in my opinion is affordable (half a million) you get a spacious room, a large bed, wifi that goes into the room, a very, very complete and delicious breakfast, a very large and very wide swimming pool. Very recommended to stay here, and if you go to Bandung, it is definitely and will be mandatory for me to stay here again (because my wife requests me to be here, the children are also satisfied swimming)

Stayed here several times, quite pleasant, rooms are spacious and clean, check-in process is also quite fast. It's just that the hot water is a bit long.
