Clean, fragrant rooms and friendly service. Which makes a surprise and makes children very happy. Already using smart tv. The more comfortable my child. There is a fitness center and pool. Had time to play ping pong with children. Siipp already. But a little note, so that the pool is cleaned regularly. It looks dirty in the area around the pool and what makes me happy is, my son missed the flash disc that was still plugged in the tv. I immediately contacted the hotel, and was greeted warmly by Ms. Nelly as the operator. I'll tell you that I've lost the flash disc, and without waiting long, I'll be notified that the flash disc has been found and please take it from the fo. Alhamdulillah. My son is happy to find his flash disc back. Thanks, Ms. Nelly, for the great service at Grand Candi Hotel Semarang.

Check in did not wait long, normal receptionist. the room is big, nice and clean. The breakfast food is standard and check out is fast.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. although staying 1 night with family was a pleasant experience. if you go to Semarang again, you will stay at this hotel again.

Room:• Cleanliness is okay, mattress is comfortable, tv ac is all good. Public facilities:• No playground for children.• Swimming pool filter is not turned on - the water is bad. Worst: • The grass garden area gives the impression of horror, uncut and trimmed. Its too bad for 5 stars hotel labeled. Parking area: • Quite okay but in the basement there are a lot of ugly things that degrade the aesthetic value of a hotel. Bathroom: • The bath soap uses a bar, so funny for a 5 stars hotel. • The hot water setting is very difficult to fit (warm) • The exhaust fan is not optimal. Need to improve:- The hotel wall paint is outdated-> first impression does matter.- swimming pool.- garden area. In my opinion, for a rate of 500 thousand, this hotel will be difficult to compete even with a 3 or 4 star hotel labeled below. Sorry but just to be frank with this review. Hopefully there will be improvement, fighting.

Not fun. Not a 5 star hotel. It is more suitable for a 3 star or 2 star hotel. The air conditioner is dirty. And not cold at all. Even though it's been open until the coldest. (no cold air) The faucet is really hard. Small children can't open it.(age 11) The water heater is the worst I've ever encountered while at the hotel,. I've used a water heater whose elements look like that (like for construction workers) already, the water heater is no longer automatic (maybe broken) and cooking 0.8 liters of water takes almost 7 minutes to boil. And we have to kill ourselves again. (photo attached)

Pesen telor mata sapi sampai dipesankan mbak-mbaknya juga nggak kunjung dateng sampai 1,5 jam. Jadi bt mau makan. Nggak mood.
