This is my umpteenth time staying here, but this time it was truly lacking. I booked two non-smoking rooms with connecting doors. It turned out the next room smelled of cigarettes from the moment I entered, even the toilet paper smelled of cigarettes. I complained and sprayed air freshener, but the smell didn't diminish. The next day, the room still smelled of cigarettes, even though I asked for it to be cleaned. Please be aware of room 706. Thanks.

Friendly staff, pleasant service.

The hotel is far from the city, but the location is very convenient. It's just a bit pricey because the rooms are very basic.

nice hotel, clean, comfortable. like an old money style hotel, good vibes! there's only one thing that makes me unhappy at first at the receptionist. At the beginning of checking in, I don't know why the woman was a bit grumpy, (using Javanese) like that. but the man was friendly. Even though he was tired, being grumbled like that just added to my burden. Because customers have different conditions, I traveled a long way from Jakarta but the receptionist grumbled.. But the next day he was nice again and greeted me again. maybe when I checked in he was tired (?) For a 5-star hotel, the hospitality, especially the receptionist, shouldn't be like that. Besides, so far so good! Clean, fragrant, nice, comfortable hotel :) For the others, they are also very friendly

Room is clean, towel also clean, AC worked well and the staffs were very nice. Breakfast is also nice, quite a lot of variety with good quality

Checking in to the hotel was quick and smooth. There are also many restaurants nearby.

There are hotel staff cleaning the glass from the outside while guests are inside so privacy is less comfortable.

Have stayed here more than 10 times, the service is good, can check in anytime depending on occupation.
