The room AC is not cold. The swimming pool is not well maintained. The receptionist is good, check in is fast. The restaurant waiter is annoying, when asked up to 3 times. From which room? In whose name? When you want to eat, you are asked again from which room? As if we are stealing the food. A 4-year-old child is charged Rp60,000. How can a 5-star hotel have employees with bad ethics.

Friendly and solution-oriented service, in the middle of the night we requested a rebooking due to sudden changes in our child's school needs. .. assisted by management very well, solution-oriented and responsive. The breakfast menu is varied and quite comfortable for the price. We will definitely come back again.

Overall, the unit and service are very good. The first impression is good, but so that the image is not reduced, as input, during holiday moments like Lebaran, it is better to add a room used for breakfast, and increase the variety of food. In my opinion, for the guest segment who come to Grand Candi, it will not be a problem if the rental price is slightly increased for comfort and more menu choices. Thank you.

A hotel with monumental artistic beauty, the design provides a comfortable place to stay, a luxurious lobby, every corner is kept clean. Complete toiletries and entertainment in the lobby are very entertaining and there is a typical Semarang food stall that is really wow

The restaurant staff and the front CS staff were not in sync regarding the breakfast service delivered to the room, they even asked for payment, after being emphasized for the restaurant to contact CS, they complied, next time you should brief first before selling, so that you have one word, thanks
