nice hotel, clean, comfortable. like an old money style hotel, good vibes! there's only one thing that makes me unhappy at first at the receptionist. At the beginning of checking in, I don't know why the woman was a bit grumpy, (using Javanese) like that. but the man was friendly. Even though he was tired, being grumbled like that just added to my burden. Because customers have different conditions, I traveled a long way from Jakarta but the receptionist grumbled.. But the next day he was nice again and greeted me again. maybe when I checked in he was tired (?) For a 5-star hotel, the hospitality, especially the receptionist, shouldn't be like that. Besides, so far so good! Clean, fragrant, nice, comfortable hotel :) For the others, they are also very friendly

An old hotel that still exists. Luckily yesterday we were given a room upgrade, because the position was full. For input, the breakfast variety is very lacking, tending to be minimal in variety. Then for the security in the parking lot inside there is also no one, even though the position is very crowded. For the room, the flush for the toilet has a rather small water flow.

The room AC is not cold. The swimming pool is not well maintained. The receptionist is good, check in is fast. The restaurant waiter is annoying, when asked up to 3 times. From which room? In whose name? When you want to eat, you are asked again from which room? As if we are stealing the food. A 4-year-old child is charged Rp60,000. How can a 5-star hotel have employees with bad ethics.

Friendly and solution-oriented service, in the middle of the night we requested a rebooking due to sudden changes in our child's school needs. .. assisted by management very well, solution-oriented and responsive. The breakfast menu is varied and quite comfortable for the price. We will definitely come back again.
