Good for family vacation. Bathroom shower was leaked and some furniture are old. Nice environment and pool. Overall still a nice place to spend time with family.

Lumayan hotel nya dengan harga segitu dapat kamar 2 dengan living room ada kitchen juga. Cuman tlp kamar mati, kamar anak terkunci, sarapan tidak bisa dikirim ke kamar. Agak gk nyaman krena ada sesuatunya. Mungkin krena lantainya terlalu tinggi ya. So far enak sih. Cuman sofa living room harus di ganti krena sudah tidak nyaman lagi dipakai.

Kelebihan: Staff yang ramah, ruangan yang cukup luas. Kekurangan: Sofa di living area sudah terlalu lama jd tidak nyaman untuk duduk, ada beberapa kecoa kecil di beberapa tempat, lampu kamar utama yang terlalu gelap. Untuk sarapan semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari segi kualitas dan rasa. Sebaiknya ada pest control secara rutin.

The apartment was cozy but some of the furnitures are too old. They provided the spoon and fork by asking so if you need some just called the receptionist. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast also incredible, my friends almost taste every single things and the staffs even suggested it. Nice experience.

Bad service from room service, its very long time, when server deliver food, he ' s forgot bring cuttleries, and and final payment h ' s don't know how to use EDC machine.

I choose Grand Dafam because it 's location. Bit surprise when I enter the room and it looks like small apartment with sofa and dinner table and small simple kitchen at the right and bed room at the left. I'm not using the kitchen since I don't need it. So, it really looks like a nice comfortable room to rest until you sit on the sofa or on the chair. It needs maintenance, bit dirty. Room is dim. The restaurant staff though is very nice.
