Friendly staff, close access to Ancol

A little good, can be improved further

Overall OK for staying with family, swimming pool OK for kids, bathroom floor cleanliness needs to be improved

Most of all, it's good...friendly staff...large, comfortable room Only the bathroom and the floor are a bit dirty.

everything looks.good. just need a better tv channel with clear and good signal.

I stayed 1 night in a Family Suite room, the room facilities were incomplete, there was no hairdryer, limited toilet tissue, no tissue in the room / living room area. The telephone facility did not work, so I could not contact the receptionist, room service and others, if there was a request I had to go downstairs (receptionist). There was a microwave facility, but it didn't work, I asked the hotel staff to come check, but no one came. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable. The outdoor area was dirty. For a 4-star hotel, the hotel management needs to improve the cleanliness and room facilities The room size is quite spacious, the bedroom is separate from the living room area. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable, only the power outlets for charging cellphones are limited

Room was very dark and dirty, we went to eat at the desk but a cockroach crawled out from under the table so we moved to the kitchen and i drew the curtian for more light revealing more cockroaches under the glass of the dining table. disgusted we asked to move room. the new room was smaller though cleaner and oest free but the bed was broken on the too right corner make the bed tip to the upper right making it strange to sleep on.

the room is spacious, really good, the view is also ok cityview...it's a shame this is what was not considered: 1. the balcony door apparently can't be closed tightly so the pollution from outside..when entering the room the floor is dusty and feet are also black. 2. there is a pantry but the stove doesn't turn on useless 3. there is a telephone line but it's dead, tried to connect it but it still doesn't work. 4. for a room that big the toilet is tiny, cramped. 5. it's a bit troublesome if you want to go out because you have to keep asking for free parking to the receptionist.

Okay, it's easy to find food, near Ancol, but if you want to go to Ancol you still have to use a vehicle, if you walk it's also far. So for those of you who want to stay, don't imagine that the location is inside Ancol which is just a walk away, overall good.

Affordable price for family room with complete and clean facilities

The swimming pool is nice and clean. For the room, it seems like cleanliness needs to be considered, the AC is also not too nyoss. The breakfast is delicious. The room ornaments also need a lot of improvement.

The room is spacious, but it is a bit old. It's nice to stay with family. When you want to enter the pool area, the room smells bad. The breakfast food, although not too many choices, is all delicious, the sumsum porridge is delicious, the Lontong Opor is delicious, the fried rice is delicious. All delicious.. Worth it, the price is around 700 including bf
