This hotel is good but it is very unfortunate that there is a lack of coordination regarding parking, initially I asked the security guard where the lobby was then they answered downstairs and directed me down and when I got downstairs it turned out the lobby was upstairs at that time I was using a sedan and was afraid of getting stuck and finally we went back upstairs, this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where if you order food via Gojek you can't leave it in the lobby downstairs even for a short time even though sometimes we are a bit busy taking care of children etc so we really have to go down until the Gojek waits for a really long time 😭
