Room is old and dusty. Water smells like an iron. Hot water needs to be waited 20mins. Even then still not hot. Only mild warm. Breakfast is delivered to rooms. Not a buffet. For a star hotel at the edge of the city and a almost Rp 500k a night. So not worth it.

Check-in was easy and fast. Spacious parking. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Shiny bathroom. All the staff are friendly and kind.

I stayed on December 17, 2022 with my family, a 4 star hotel but cleanliness was not maintained, when I checked in at 20.00 the room was dirty, the breakfast seemed not ready, I had breakfast at 7 with my family it turned out that there was still something empty, it seemed like the restaurant had been open for a long time , the rice menu is cold even though it has just opened, please improve the service again, if indeed at 7 the restaurant is not ready for breakfast it is better not to open it first so guests are not disappointed, the location is quite strategic.

the security at the lobby door is really bitchy just because I use a bad car so there's a good car in the friendly area, the food is not complete, the bathroom is stagnant at breakfast, the cost of the child's breakfast is different from what the receptionist said

When he arrived, the receptionist only appeared to be 1 person, less friendly and seemed confused when he was offered proof of a room order so he called his friend. Even then, they are still less friendly and less alert when compared to hotel employees at their level who are usually alert, trained and very friendly. After being given the key, was only told the room on the 2nd floor, without being told exactly where the 2nd floor was. After we were confused even to the 11th floor, then returned to the receptionists asking for the 2nd floor, then we were escorted by employees who seemed to be still in the training stage. As soon as you enter the room, you immediately see the floor carpet that is patched very wide with untidy patches, the mood immediately drops. The walls of the room appear to have traces of water seepage or the like which are long and conspicuous. The image of wanting to sleep in a hotel room has changed, it feels like sleeping in a private house. This is very bad, someone suddenly can open a locked room door without knocking on the door first, I was sitting in a chair shocked, especially when my wife was taking a shower with the bathroom door open. The person spoke to offer maybe the room would be cleaned?! Very disappointed, why can it happen like that?! Very risky. The overall level of employee friendliness is not good, looks stiff for the size of a hotel at its level. Hopefully there is an improvement in everything.
