Such an amazing experience for stay in grandika hotel pemuda, their staff so warm and welcome but I didn't get big bed that I request on my order, swimming pool so gorgeous when sunset coming, they serve delicious food for breakfast, hopefully I can return again with my family.

A satisfying stay at a reasonable price, with a fairly large and clean room. However, there are a few things I'd like to highlight that could be improved in the future. 1. Why is there a 100,000 IDR deposit required for guests requesting an access card? It's normal for hotels to provide two cards: one for the room and one for you to take with you. 2. The toilet seat in room 717 is very small. 3. The elevator takes a long time to get up and down; it probably needs servicing. 4. Towels should probably be replaced as they're a bit worn. 5. The restaurant staff should be taught to smile. I know they started working after graduating from school, but when it comes to smiling, they should have been able to smile from birth. Especially when their food runs out and they're asked, "Miss, did you refill this food?" Overall, it's okay. If I have the chance to go there, I might try this hotel again with a budget of around 600 IDR.
