The staff is friendly, the water is refilled every morning & asked if you want it cleaned or not, the room is clean & comfortable, all the facilities are working, only the shampoo part of the soap is a bit hard to press, overall it is very worth it.

Great location, friendly staff, all facilities function well, and plenty of food. The price of 220,000 Rupiah includes breakfast for two, and the food was quite delicious. It's definitely worth it. I'll stay again if I have an event in West Jakarta.

A hotel located at Jalan Tomang Tinggi Raya No. 2, West Jakarta. Nearby are a minimarket and various food outlets. A deposit is required upon check-in. I was fasting during my stay, so breakfast was offered as a pre-dawn meal. The hotel is close to major malls like Central Park and Taman Anggrek Mall.

Bad service, no plug in the room. Lots of rules, been waiting since 10 o'clock just asking to check in at 2:30 was not allowed, had to be at 2, even though many customers had checked out at 12, my colleagues and I booked here a long time ago, a total of 8 rooms, my colleagues and I came from Surabaya to Jakarta just for work, tired from the trip, just wanted to rest immediately, but there was no tolerance at all... I'm fed up with booking here

I always stay here every time I visit Jakarta. The location is strategic, close to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek. There are many food stalls near the hotel. For the price, you can get breakfast, albeit a minimal one. The room is quite small, but okay for just sleeping. However, the twin-bed room is larger than the standard one. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be maintained. The restaurant staff seemed unfriendly every time we had breakfast, especially when they were toasting. Security also didn't help us get in and out of vehicles. The friendliness of each staff member could be improved. I even admire the cleaning ladies who always politely greet every guest who passes by.

So stingy, a hotel as modern as that can't lend plates, they don't know the rules or the staff are lazy, and the food rations for sahur/breakfast are closed very quickly, and when you want to ask for food to be taken away, you are told to bring your own container.

Overall it's okay for this price with a location that can walk to Central Park and many food streets in front of it, plus many convenience stores too. But hopefully they can improve on: 1. Check in requires a deposit of 100 thousand 2. Check out the room checking process is very long 3. Bathroom cleanliness, the faucet is a bit sticky when held, the bathroom ceiling is moldy, the bathroom floor is crusty, there are also animals appearing.
