The second time staying at Harper Wahid Hasyim Medan became an unforgettable moment. The hotel still served its customers very well, which the staffs were friendly and helpful. A high appreciation should go to Miss Mashuri (the receptionist) who still served all customers professionally. Her smile and eagerness to help were on her face. In the middle of COVID 19 moments of social distancing, she always kept reminding the guests to maintain the health protection procedure.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. What I loved the most was the bedding, very comfy and soft, even though it was too high for me. And, breakfast was pretty nice too.

The hotel's location is very strategic in Medan city, the vibes in the room are cozy and relaxing. noted: I was a bit annoying when I was sitting in the lobby, there was a staff manager who reprimanded the room service staff for quite a long time and firmly at the front office desk. Even when the front office officer was serving guests, the staff manager still gave directions there with a high tone.

great, strategic location near medan and durian souvenirs clean room and smooth bathroom water breakfast menu variations and taste quite delicious security officers are friendly and helpful, front desk officers are very friendly and fast, restaurant officers are friendly and helpful, room officers and technicians are very friendly and helpful. laundry facilities are okay.. For the location it is strategic, only the parking lot is not spacious enough, for the taste of the food it is delicious, only there is not much variety of food for breakfast. For the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel room is good 🥰

For the service from check in to check out is very good. The room size is spacious, the AC is cold. The room, bathroom, corridor, lobby, all are clean and comfortable. Harpers is dust-free. 👍 If it was dust, it would have been immediately known to cough because my child is allergic to dust. The only drawbacks are 2: (1) there is parking space but it is not very spacious; (2) the food is just so-so.

Second time staying at Harper. Comfortable atmosphere and environment. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Got room 809 and facing the street and see the beauty of Medan city at night. Thank you Harper. Next will come back again. See you next time.

early check in and there was a room. the room was relatively big, ordered a large bed and the bed was given 2 beds combined so that there was a hole in the middle.
