everything is ok. but unfortunately the staff is not very friendly. most of the staff I met during check in, breakfast or check out, they did not smile. even when asked they did not answer in detail. and please do not judge customers based on the clothes and bags we bring. is it because my family and I do not bring a vehicle and only use a backpack so your gaze at us is very cold compared to other people who come with suitcases you smile warmly.

for everything it's okay, except for the food, in my opinion it's very standard, the uduk rice and porridge are not delicious, otherwise it's okay.. there is a drink dispenser provided, there is Netflix and it's nice to watch it, in my opinion the bathroom is too small for bathing and peeing, the staff are friendly and very helpful.. I chose the date helped to reschedule

I've stayed here many times, but this time I was very disappointed with the room service. I ordered food at 9pm, waited for 2 hours and it didn't come, even though I called the restaurant every 30 minutes and said the food was being delivered, but it never arrived in the room.
