Vacation during long weekend and school holiday. My room located near lift area so it was too noisy at night with children and people voices. Overall services are excellent, room is very clean. Will stay here again next time.

The first time entering the main lobby, I can tell the hotel ambience looks outdated and it seems they upgraded all the rooms themes afterwards to make new changes. Kamar pertama yang saya dapatkan sudah sesuai dengan yang saya order dengan Tema Japanese. Tapi masalah utama nya adalah Pintu Kamar Mandi yang Macet tidak bisa ditutup rapat sama sekali. Alat kunci pintu nya yang juga sudah Rusak sehingga tidak bisa dikunci sama sekali. Akhirnya saya minta pindah kamar. Pada saat saya baru check in, saya dilayani oleh Petugas Reception Perempuan Bernama Aulia. Saya bisa pastikan Orang ini kurang Ramah dan terkesan judes galak dan tidak ada Friendly nya sama sekali. Setelah saya masuk kamar, saya telpon ke Reception, request beberapa kekurangan yaitu, isi Tisu Kotak yang secara Default nya sangat sedikit, saya minta tambah. Kemudian saya minta Hand Towel, di kamar mandi tidak disediakan sama sekali, cuma diberikan tisu kotak kecil yang dimana tisu nya pun sangat berkualitas buruk, dimana tisu nya terlalu Tipis dan sedikit. Kemudian saya request Extra 1 pillow, tapi pada saat saya masih komunikasi di telpon ke Reception yang dimana pada saat itu Mba Aulia sendiri lagi yang handle dan angkat tlp saya, yang bersangkutan terkesan buru-buru menutup telpon meski saya belum selesai bicara. Saya cukup kesal, kemudian saya telpon kembali dimana saya juga info perihal pintu kamar mandi yang tidak bisa ditutup. Susah saya jelaskan bagaimana begitu kecewa dan kurang ajar dan etika nya seorang karyawan seperti Aulia bisa diterima kerja di bagian Hospitality Perhotelan. Saya sempat tanya-tanya perihal Aulia dan yang bersangkutan sepertinya karyawan sudah lama bekerja dan beberapa karyawan lain juga mengakui bahwa yang bersangkutan memang Judes.

The stay was amazing! Clean room and bathroom, the real room is exactly like the picture. Friendly and helpful staffs all the time. Good location as well. Will definitely become one of my favs stay in Bandung! Please keep up the great work 😊.

Try new experience in thematic room. The staff is very friendy from the security, parking, receptionist and the room cleaner. The room are clean and tidy. Our kids are so excited to see another thematic room. Will be staying here again soon.

AC perlu diperhatikan, regular cuci karena kotor. Terlihat dr kisi2 ac dan depan ac yg berdebu, hembusan angin yg tdk max dan kurang dingin.
