Near from Alun Alun Batu, but please repair your bathroom. It's kind of weird we already complained our bathroom key was broken, at least you have the effort to repair or change our room. Overall good minus bathroom so very very bad.

the view on the rooftop is very nice the service is very friendly and total, especially in the morning we were surprised because the car was clean after being washed. the room is very comfortable and clean. the bathroom is also clean. if you want to go to the town square, just walk because it's very close 🤩 if you want to find breakfast while walking in the morning, you can also do it, because the place is close to the highway so there are quite a lot of food choices.

The place is comfortable and the kids really like it because there is a swimming pool and it is close to Batu City Square. Next time I will come back again because the location is strategic, the rooftop is also cool, you can use it for selfies and hanging out with your family.

came here during off-season so we were the only ones in this hotel. It felt comfortable and at home, especially if you bring kids, the living room is spacious so you can run around freely. minus the water heater, there's crust on it, so I hesitate to use it but there's a dispenser in the living room. Also, the bathroom floor is really high from the room.

It was quite disappointing because I confirmed it first before booking, I requested to check in in the morning/early morning and would check out according to the time specified by the admin, after I booked and I came to check in in the morning it turned out that the room I booked was no longer available, aka it had been rented to someone else, with the statement that the maximum check in was 12.00 even though it had previously been confirmed that I could check in later according to request, finally I was able to change rooms to a type below the order, fortunately the marketing team was willing to refund the remaining payment, hopefully the service can be improved again next time
