The hotel location is good for guests because it is close to the Batu city square, the room cleanliness is good but the bathroom is quite smelly and the bathroom door cannot be closed tightly, it is a bit noisy because there is something moving on the ceiling, it looks like a rat (?) but the hotel atmosphere is good, right?

Pros: - Location close to Batu Square - Plenty of culinary options around the hotel - Cool AC - Hot water works - Comfortable bed - Water dispenser available - Fast Wi-Fi because the room is on the first floor near the front office - When we checked out, our car was clean, washed by the hotel staff. Thank you, sir Cons: - Booked two superior rooms, one on the second floor, but the AC was hot, so we didn't use it.
