Great staying at Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta for 6 days. Great hospitality and connectivity to Green Sedayu Mall. But quite far from big malls such as lippo mall puri, central park, Gandaria city, PIM. The only comment I would give is the hot water not constant.

(+)- Location is great. It only takes 20mins for my husband and I to go to the airport (at 7AM) from this hotel. The Hotel is connected to the Green Sedayu Mall where there are a lot of food choices.-Most of the staff we come in contact with are friendly.- The in-room amenities and facilities are quite complete, except there's no shower cap.- The breakfast choices are various.- The health protocols and cleanliness of whole building are well-maintained.- The swimming pool and fitness center are pretty good.(-)- The check in hour is from 15.00, unfortunately the check out is at 11.00. For such a price, there are hotels with similar facilities yet cheaper/not too different, nearby the airport. Check in at 14.00, check out at 12.00.

Stayed for 2 nights. They got new slogan clean or whatsoever:- first thing I found out when going in is a food tag on the left side drawer of the bed, too bad I didn't take the photo, well promise is made to be break right? I guess cleaning the carpet isn't on the blue sticker that you guys made either.- second day, 11:30 tells the receptionist to clean my room, turns out when I'm back around 12:50 they still didn't clean it, we call back again and the receptionist said they can't relay the message to the housekeeping, for an hour? Seriously?- last day, phone charger left off, it took more than 3 hours just to confirm there are a leftover in the room.- and oh, almost forgot, the channel movie selection is super2 limited, like not much to pick, no idea why

I like staying here and have been several times because of its location close to my office even though there are several other hotels, still choose Hilton because cleanliness, security and comfort are really good. For satisfying service, the breakfast food is also delicious and has lots of choices, the staff is friendly, especially the restaurant section is very friendly, the swimming pool is clean and the garden is quite organized, the rooms smell good, go downstairs to find delicious food and go straight to the cinema XXI. There's only one thing that's not good, there's only one active elevator, so if you're busy queuing, you have to be very patient.

Get a recommendation from a friend who has stayed here. Very strategic location. Hotel & rooms are clean. Good facilities. The swimming pool is satisfying with a good view, with friendly service. The lobby is directly connected to Sedayu mall, so it's a pleasant experience because it's not difficult to find the entertainment or food we want. 100% definitely will come back to stay here.

For a good hotel like this I think the main dish is too little, no pasta. Check in was smooth even though it should have been possible like other hotels at 2 o'clock when you could board. It's too long to wait until 3 o'clock. Overall good, clean, fragrant rooms, friendly staff. You can also park using a motorbike/car which can be reimbursed by the lobby staff. Access to the mall also just goes downstairs.

The access door to the mall is only until 9 pm so you have to turn around first to return to the hotel. In the room there is no Qibla direction sign, told to use an application, it should have become a hotel standard, right. The reason is because the hotel is still new, I don't think it takes days to sign the Qibla direction. My vacation to PIK, the turn around is far enough to pass the traffic jam first. The swimming pool was not like in the picture, it was an apartment pool behind the hotel, overall ok, I was given a checkout until 12.30 👍
