Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL EXPO

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The room is clean; Amenities provided are complete. They provide a safety box & mini fridge in the room and 2 pairs of sandals that we can find inside the wardrobe. The bathroom is also clean & the toiletries are complete; The hairdyer is already provided inside the bathroom. Hot water is always ready & it surprises me that they provide Dove handwash, bodywash, and shampoo (personally they're all plus point for me). Linens are all clean, a little bit dark spot on the towel but it wasn't something big. I also like the selection of food that they provide for breakfast. For common facilities, they have gym and laundry room on the 1st floor that can be used by the guest (if you want to borrow iron, it's available in the laundry room). The staff is really kind and providing; My friend asked for sanitary pads at night and they deliver it right away to the room. We also asked for a late check out to do our prayer first and they accepted right away. No deposit required during check-in, and they gave us 2 access card per room. Both check in & check out process were fast and quick. I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much Holiday Inn, keep up the good work!

A great hotel with the closest proximity to the JIEXPO. Perfect for those who seek accommodation while conducting an event at JIEXPO. Attentive staff, good selection of food and clean room.

All areas of the hotel are clean from the parking lot, lobby, bedrooms, restaurant & toilets. All employees are very friendly from the receptionist, security guard, house keeping & restaurant. The location is very strategic, right behind PRJ, all you have to do is walk straight into gate G. The check-in process was really long, even though I only waited for 1 person for more than 30 minutes until they were tired of standing. The check out process is really fast, not 5 minutes. Came really hungry and immediately ordered food at the hotel restaurant next to the lobby. All menus are not there, only fried rice & coffee. Great taste & affordable price. The breakfast menu doesn't have much variety, it just tastes good in my opinion. Enter the hotel & fragrant room. I ordered an extra bed but only the mattress arrived. Until I had to go back and forth asking for additional towels & toiletries according to orders for extra beds. Only 1 toothbrush was given. Up to 4x house keeping calls & the receptionist asked for additional toothbrushes from the start of check-in & was only given at 21. Please improve the facilities again. We already paid before entering. Free parking but we have to tell the receptionist to ask to be registered. Should have been informed first without being asked.

I stayed at this hotel because I wanted to watch Denny Caknan's concert at Big Bang, it was really close, and it turned out that it was the same hotel as Denny Caknan. The breakfast menu is varied, tasty and delicious. I was given a room with a beautiful view, clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out process is fast. Thank you.

First staycation, fast check in & out process, room according to request very clean & comfortable, lots of TV channels to choose from, fast WIFI. The lack of elevators is a bit noisy, breakfast is a bit lacking in terms of variety & taste, only 1 (one) slippers & mouthwash glass in the room, no smoking room. The rest is satisfactory. The destination to the Jakarta Fair is only 3 - 5 minutes (walking).

Tujuan main ke PRJ jadi menyenangkan. Gak perlu jauh-jauh tinggal jalan kaki aja dari hotel. Deket bangett👍baru tiba malamnya bisa liat PRJ dari kamar tidur.😊.

Selalu jadi pilihan bila sedang ke jakarta dan ingin ke Jakarta fair dan jadi salah satu hotel favorit kami sekeluarga. Pengalaman kedua menginap di sini setelah 2019 yang lalu. Fasilitas dan kualitas kamar tetap terjaga, cukup luas dan sangat nyaman. Request view ke Jiexpo juga selalu dikabulkan. Sarapan tetap banyak pilihan dan rasanya juga enak-enak. Kemudian sehabis check in kami juga diberikan buah-buahan yang diantarkan langsung ke kamar. Next year insya Allah akan ke sini lagi saat Jakarta fair.
