Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL EXPO, an IHG Hotel

If I go to Jakarta, I will definitely come back.

Actually I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times now, the room is quite spacious and clean, the towel are always clean and maintained the purity and whiteness in which in this kind of level of hotel is so difficult to get. Yet there are a few things that I would like to bring to the management attentions. First, the shower heads, are faulty, the TV's are faulty, these happens not just in one room that I've stayed. Then the worst thing is the restaurant in Ground Level (for breakfast buffet) They either have to replace the Head Chef of the restaurant or the Manager, or they have to fire both of them. The buffet area are always messy, the empty table are messy and it takes a while to be cleared and clean, empty platters of food takes a while to be replenished. The fruits are sliced into big chunks and either only one options or two. It's look like the staff in this restaurant doesnt want to work. The coffee brewed in the automatic machine are sucks, and no waiter or waitress wants to even check if there is something wrong with the machine or not. Overall, I think the GM or the management really needs to review their services, their operation and facilities. Otherwise this Hotel will just be a total waste.

Overall it's good, but there are a few things that need to be considered, for example the refrigerator in the room is dead, the water cooker is broken & the taxi parking fee (pick up) has been charged for less than 2 minutes after entering (in this case we told the counter staff that we were guests staying at the hotel), it's not much but it makes us annoyed.

Please note this morning, there are still hotel slippers from previous customers under the bed in the room. It means that the cleaning was not checked to the bottom. The electric kettle was also not checked, and it was not cleaned because there was someone's hair stuck to it. Naughty guests were also not reprimanded, such as giving (feeding children) food in the pool area.

Check-in procedure was seamless, but the receptionist didn't tell me that I cannot use one specific lift to go to my floor as the button was broken. I tried many times, then asked a security officer who led me back to the reception and the guy easily said "Oh yeah, that lift is broken, you can use another one." What? I came for breakfast before 8 a. M. But most food were gone and it was a bit messy in the restaurant. My bathroom was slippery and one of my cupboards was not closing well. But it's still a good choice for sleep if you have to attend an event in JIEXPO.

for me the hotel is okay and comfortable. And what I don't like here is the breakfast is very disappointing in terms of taste, very lacking, and the performance of the food position is lacking in many customers staying. I hope the management is more assertive for breakfast in terms of composition, taste, cleanliness and deliciousness of the food.

Definitely come back again, this is a must. Those who haven't tried it, it is highly recommended. The room is for standard size, the best ever.

I am happy to stay at holidayin, the rooms are clean and big and the service is good... there is a swimming pool even though my child doesn't swim, I died 2 nights,.. I lost my child's historical blanket when he was a baby on the 2nd night 😭😭 my child put him to sleep, finally he could only sleep at 2 am last night.. 🤦‍♂️ so my head is dizzy, that blanket has been around Indonesia and abroad... eh it was lost at holidayin kemayoran 🤦‍♂️ I hope I can find baby's historical blanket... 🙏🙏

So far it's been a fun staycation at Holiday Inn Express Kemayoran, but because it was the holiday season and the hotel was full, it was hard to find a seat during breakfast time. I stayed with a twin bed, but one of the beds seemed a bit slanted so it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. For the rest, so far it's been ok 😊

The staff are all friendly. The environment is clean. The food is also delicious. Next time I will stay here again if there is an event.

The hotel is highly recommended for us. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is okay, the parking lot is spacious, the swimming pool is cool, the staff are friendly, my wife and children are comfortable and if they go to Jakarta, they will stay here again.

Nice, Clean, Comfortable Room. Food around is a bit hard to find, unless you want to go to JIEXPO when there is a Fair. But you can still order online, so it's safe. The only thing that's lacking is the breakfast, which tastes standard and lacks variety. The egg maker is still a newbie so the queue for eggs can be long. The swimming pool and gym are good but the pool water is a bit dirty. Everything else is really good. I still recommend it for those who want to staycation here.

During 5 nights at the hotel, every breakfast I only got a little food, long queues.
