saran saja ya, pada saat check in minta tolong front office menanyakan kepada tamu apakah memerlukan skiat, pasta gigi, laundry bag, sisir atau tidak, walaupun memang ada info di toilet kalau memerlukan itu bisa meminta ke receptionist tapi lebih baik jika ditawarkan duluan dan petunjuk kiblat tidak ada.

Clean hotel, excellent service.

I've stayed here twice and it's really nice, even though I stayed in a standard room twice, it was comfortable and nice overall, I want to try the type with a view, hehe, next time.

Very close to the city center and the services are satisfying.

The shower is bad, the water is very small so it's uncomfortable to shower. Room 910, but apart from the shower everything is okay.

Second time staying here, overall always satisfied. Especially the strategic location.

Nice and friendly staff, sadly the room wasn't really soundproofed as I could hear vehicles from outside.

The location is really good, close to the train station, bus stop, restaurants and many more. The breakfast is quite adequate, fulfilling balanced nutrition. The staff is very friendly. The room is small but comfortable. The gym is clean, there is a laundry room too (paid), suitable for our family.

Took a short stay during eid with my family and the hotel was so good. I almost tried some hotels within Tanah Abang area and Holiday Inn Express is one of the best we've ever stayed at. Thanks!

Recommended for staying in Jakarta.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere, just walking distance to MRT and Transjakarta stations. If you want to try night snacks, go to Jl. Sabang, it's also close, just walk a little, and you'll be there. If you want to reminisce about legendary market snacks at Sarinah, it's also close, just cross the street to For residents outside Jakarta, you can bring your family here for a vacation. The staff is also friendly, the breakfast menu is varied. Anyway, I don't regret choosing this hotel

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is very close to Tanah Abang and Sarinah.

The location is close to the city center of Jakarta, which I am currently visiting.

overnight for transit only, all staff are friendly, mas reza fo, staff at the restaurant & security men from the beginning until co entered the taxi (the one who helped co was Pak Wawan I think his name), the room is small but fortunately got a beautiful view on the 8th floor even though it didn't go around the HI roundabout, close to sarinah on foot, suggestions: to pay more attention to the notes (didn't ask for connecting but got a connecting room so the sound from the next room was really audible, it seems the soundproofing is really bad); even asked for a razor, it took so long to arrive, it took 1 hour to arrive, even then had to be called again to 0 to arrive; the menu at the restaurant is not very varied; room maintenance needs to be improved, stained carpets need to be maintained again & dust etc. needs to be considered too, but overall OK, tq

The breakfast is complete. The room is also comfortable.

The atmosphere during the day is a bit quiet for looking for options to buy food, but at night there are lots of options to choose from.

Parking is less representative, breakfast is less varied and not always refilled quickly.

Good hotel. There was a mosquito problem. But after being sprayed by the hotel, the mosquitoes were no longer bothered.
