The suite room roof inbthe bath room was leak badly, we only available to move into another room next day. The breakfast taste and variety was unsatisfied. The worst thing is the valley parking staff was stole my money in my car (it was not much of money approx only 25 - 30 thousand IDR). Very horable experuence. I will not suggest you to stay in this hotel.

fast, friendly service, access to Kariadi is very close, you can walk, the food has a lot of variety, what's unfortunate is that the sink runs long and in the bathroom the shower doesn't have a lid anymore so the water comes out in the toilet

Location in the middle of the city, going anywhere close, good room facilities, soft pillows & mattresses, clean toilets, there's nothing wrong with Horison. The food is delicious, both at the restaurant/breakfast, it's nice to be able to stay here, next time I want to stay here again if I need to go to Semarang again 🥰🤗 thank you Horison Inn Alaska

Clean, the staff is very friendly. There was a trobel in room 111 the sink hose was leaking but the engereening immediately fixed it.

A comfortable & clean hotel located in the middle of the city with friendly hotel staff, very varied breakfast menu. It's just that the elevator at the back can't go straight down to the basement so you have to walk from the lobby. A little advice on cleanliness under the bed to be more careful when cleaning, the rest is okay.
