The hotel staff was very nice, but the downsides were the facilities. 1. The room floor was dusty; it wasn't carpeted, so dust stuck to our feet. There was also dust around the lamps and tables. 2. The AC wasn't working properly upon arrival, but it worked fine the next day. 3. The sink was broken. 4. There wasn't a bathroom mat on the first day. On the second night, we asked the staff and found it was available by request. A bathroom mat should be available upon check-in. 5. The bedsheets were changed, but they felt itchy. 6. The aromatherapy scent wasn't very pleasant. 7. The hotel slippers looked worn. 8. When we checked out, the toilet paper hadn't been refilled. 9. Because it's located in a mall, we were a bit short on parking. The first night, we checked in at 9 PM and checked out the next morning at 8 AM. We paid 22,000 Rupiah for parking. We arrived at 6 PM and checked out at 11:30 AM, paying 36,000 Rupiah for parking. This is purely from the hotel, no complaints about the staff. They are efficient and friendly.

The hotel staff was very nice, but the downsides were the facilities. 1. The room floor was dusty; it wasn't carpeted, so dust stuck to our feet. There was also dust around the lamps and tables. 2. The AC wasn't working properly upon arrival, but it worked fine the next day. 3. The sink was broken. 4. There wasn't a bathroom mat on the first day. On the second night, we asked the staff and found it was available by request. A bathroom mat should be available upon check-in. 5. The bedsheets were changed, but they felt itchy. 6. The aromatherapy scent wasn't very pleasant. 7. The hotel slippers looked worn. 8. When we checked out, the toilet paper hadn't been refilled. 9. Because it's located in a mall, we were a bit short on parking. The first night, we checked in at 9 PM and checked out the next morning at 8 AM. We paid 22,000 Rupiah for parking. We arrived at 6 PM and checked out at 11:30 AM, paying 36,000 Rupiah for parking. This is purely from the hotel, no complaints about the staff. They are efficient and friendly.
