My guests booked a room at the HORU Hotel. Initially, one of the rooms had a hot air conditioner, but the hotel staff quickly offered to move them to another room, even though the bed size was different. Otherwise, the guests had no complaints during their stay at HORU. Thank you, management, it was great.

The hotel is nice, close to the Transjakarta bus stop and the city center. Check-in was a bit long, perhaps due to the hotel being fully occupancy. Overall, though, the Horu Hotel is highly recommended for a stay, especially for those planning to catch a concert in North Jakarta.

The hotel staff was very nice, but the downsides were the facilities. 1. The room floor was dusty; it wasn't carpeted, so dust stuck to our feet. There was also dust around the lamps and tables. 2. The AC wasn't working properly upon arrival, but it worked fine the next day. 3. The sink was broken. 4. There wasn't a bathroom mat on the first day. On the second night, we asked the staff and found it was available by request. A bathroom mat should be available upon check-in. 5. The bedsheets were changed, but they felt itchy. 6. The aromatherapy scent wasn't very pleasant. 7. The hotel slippers looked worn. 8. When we checked out, the toilet paper hadn't been refilled. 9. Because it's located in a mall, we were a bit short on parking. The first night, we checked in at 9 PM and checked out the next morning at 8 AM. We paid 22,000 Rupiah for parking. We arrived at 6 PM and checked out at 11:30 AM, paying 36,000 Rupiah for parking. This is purely from the hotel, no complaints about the staff. They are efficient and friendly.
