The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was very cool. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited to fried rice and side dishes. Perhaps this could be upgraded so guests staying more than one night can have a more varied breakfast. Plus, the balcony floor was very dirty and the windows were dusty :(

The hotel staff was unresponsive, and breakfast was limited to fried rice, toast, and papaya. The bathroom was gloomy and the soap didn't work. The room phone was dead, and the TV channels were limited. Luckily, TVRI was available so we could watch the World Cup. The price was quite expensive, even on a weekday.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was actually nice, but it just needed some maintenance. The elevator wasn't working, but there were hotel staff who helped with luggage. It was okay to eat late because we had to go to the tourist attractions early in the morning.

The water heater could probably be serviced a bit, because it can't be at a moderate temperature in room 209, if it's not very hot then it's cold, and the towels could probably be replaced with ones that can absorb water.

Overall, it's okay. The price is affordable, close to tourist attractions and the city center, the room facilities are quite good, and the surrounding facilities within the hotel are very good. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and there is also a mini zoo.

This time the experience of staying was very unpleasant, the electricity went out at night many times so the AC did not work the room became hot and humid there was no lighting. Already complained directly to the staff but it still went out again. It is really uncomfortable to stay without electricity. Not according to the price. Not worth it. If you want to exist the manager must make improvements.
