I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

The place is comfortable, clean, and there is a swimming pool and playground for children. It's a shame that the coffee bar staff near the pool are unfriendly and seem curt, and at breakfast the fried egg staff are also unfriendly.

friendly hotel staff, when I arrived I got a jar of elephant ear snacks. thank you Batu Wonderland. for the food at breakfast it was cold and the heater wasn't on, for the room hallway it was a bit noisy maybe because it was crowded. it could be heard that other guests were playing with the room bell. for the swimming pool it was good. the kids liked it only the hotel didn't provide towels for the room guests. so use the towels in the room. wifi sometimes works sometimes doesn't.. that's all thank you Batu Wonderland.

the receptionist is friendly, the service is good, the food tastes good, the menu is extensive, there is also a coffee beak and there is also live music, it is really suitable for families and makes it comfortable.. what needs to be fixed is the floor is not clean enough, there is still sand on the mattress, there is still a little dirt, for Muslims the direction of the qibla is slanted so the position is narrow for praying.

Overall, I'm satisfied, only one complaint, there are too many staff at the breakfast area in a not-so-large area, so we feel like we're being watched when we eat to take the food menu. A suggestion would be to reduce the number of staff, at most this customer will eat that much...it's impossible to finish all the menu.
