Overall, it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to the city center, and you can leave your belongings at the hotel after check-out. If I may suggest, the bathroom should have a shower with a flexible hose (not just a fixed shower head) to make it easier to clean your vital organs while showering and prevent the toilet area from getting wet/muddy.

The staff is good, there is only 1 male staff at the reception who is unpleasant, just laughing in front of guests because of small mistakes, the room is clean and good, only the bathroom has stagnant water that is not smooth for its flow, for breakfast I did not take it because previously I asked the officer during check-in whether breakfast could be delivered to the room but when I called the restaurant area in the morning, it was not delivered to the room unless I was sick. I was disappointed because for breakfast at other places they can deliver to the room even though the menu is only a few
